No. 1: Review of Trilogy's Rosehip Oil Antioixdant+

Up first is the award winning Rosehip Oil. This oil won Allure Clean Beauty 2020 Best Face Oil award winner.

This is a wonderfully light oil that helps to soothe, regenerate and moisturising. If you think that this little bottle won't last long, you are are wrong. It really packs a punch. You only need a little bit and I like to warm it up in my hands first before pressing it onto my face.

Trilogy Rosehip Oil Antioixdant+

If you have oily combination skin, this will work well in helping rebalancing your skin. Over time, I found that my skin was not as oily and that it looked a whole more healthier.

This oil contains two potent active ingredients:

  • Certified Organic Rosehip Oil extracted from the seeds of organically grown rosehips. It is considered a "superfood" for the skin. Trilogy uses a solvent-free extraction process that gauranties a minimum 80% essential fatty acid to hydrate, repair and strengthen.

  • Rosapene is Trilogy's trademarked antioxidant complex that is a combination of rosehip oil; cranberry seed oil; tomato seed (for antioxidants) and acai berry.

There is a light scent which is naturally derived from the oils used. As you can see from the full ingredients list below, this superpower oil is made of the best that Mother Nature can provide.

The ingredients are:

Rosa canina (rosehip) seed oil*, Caprylic/capric triglyceride, Euterpe oleracea (acai) fruit oil*, Avena sativa (oat) kernel extract*, Solanum lycopersicum (tomato) seed oil, Vaccinium macrocarpon (cranberry) seed oil, Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil*, Tocopherol (vitamin E), Lycopene, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract

*Organic ingredient

No. 2: Review of Trilogy's Clarifying Cleansing Gel

This gel cleanser is perfect for combination/oily skin. This is my go to cleanser whenever my skin gets super sensitive to other products that I test. I can alway rely on this one to soothe and calm down my skin.

Trilogy Clarifying Cleansing Gel

It smells deliciously of roses. It is a light gel cleanser that does not foam up too much (good thing as it indicates the absence of sulfates which are nasty).

It is soap free and my face feels so much silkier after using it.

It contains 3 active ingredients:

  • Witch Hazel, which is an herbal extract which is a mild astringent to clean and tone the skin. Witch Hazel has always worked well for me in treating acne.

  • Salicylic acid, a beta hydroxy acid (BHA), aids cleansing to lightly exfoliate dull, rough looking skin and help clear impurities.

  • Omega-rich jojoba, grape and rosehip seed oils.

The Ingredients are:

No. 3: Review of Trilogy's Rosehip Transformation Cleansing Oil

Whenever I wear makeup, I ALWAYS double cleanse. This cleansing oil pairs perfectly with Trilogy's Gel Cleanser. With the combination of both, they really do lift off waterproof makeup. It smells like roses too.

Trilogy Rosehip Transformation Cleansing Oil

I use this cleansing oil first and then the balancing cleanser as part of my double-cleanse routine. My skin feels all the better for it as both products are calming and soothing.

I love this mist! Not only does it soothe my skin, it comes as a mist! I adore mists - perfect for lazy people like me. It smells wonderfully calm as it contains roses, geraniums and lavender. When I use it, I feel like I'm transported to a beautiful field of lavenders.

When I want to pamper myself, I use a sleeping mask. Trilogy's Rejuvenating Overnight mask is one that I reach for a lot. It smells very calming like lavenders. The texture is light and silky - you don't need to apply much to see a real effect in the morning.

No. 6: Review of Trilogy's CoQ10 Eye Recovery Concentrate

This one has a slight scent of seed oils and roses. I was very surprised by how quickly I saw results with this. It definitely left my under eye area feel hydrated and "rested". On the days when I use it continuously, I found that the dark circles under my eyes were less obvious. I used it all around my eye.

Trilogy CoQ10 Eye Recovery Concentrate

The tip of the product, a ceramic applicator, has been made to act almost like a massager. It really feels quite pleasant when I apply it. If you need a quick pick me up, pop this in the fridge.

Also by gentle massaging your under-eye area using the applicator helps drain the lymphatic system (or so I've been told).

The ingredients are:

Aqua (water), Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf juice, Glycerin, Salvia hispanica (chia) seed oil, Jojoba oil/macadamia seed oil esters, Coco-caprylate, Cetearyl olivate, Sorbitan olivate, Sodium hyaluronate, Coffea arabica (coffee) seed extract, Chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower extract, Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root extract, Aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut) extract, Cucumis sativus (cucumber) fruit extract, Hydrolyzed jojoba esters, Ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10), Phytosteryl macadamiate, Phytosterols, Squalene, Tocopherol (vitamin E), Vaccinium myrtillus (blueberry) seed oil, Fragaria ananassa (strawberry) seed oil, Oenothera biennis (evening primrose) oil, Punica granatum (pomegranate) seed oil, Olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, Camellia sinensis (green tea) leaf extract, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, Calendula officinalis flower extract, Xanthan gum, Glycine soja (soybean) oil, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Citric acid, Benzyl alcohol*, Dehydroacetic acid*

* Preserved with Dehydroacetic acid and Benzyl alcohol

No. 7: Review of Trilogy's Vitamin C Booster Treatment

It is what I would describe as a "cool product".

It comes with in a small glass bottle and you have to "pop" the top to release fresh vitamin c powder which then mixes with the hyaluronic acid concentrate in the bottle.

Trilogy Vitamin C Booster Treatment

It is an intense 2-week brightening treatment with 6% high-potency natural vitamin C that works by combining two ingredients when you begin your treatment. I really got a kick out of pop/pressing down the cap to activate the product.

Cold-pressed mandarin oil helps to uplift and heighten the senses with its fresh, sweet and awakening fragrance.

For optimal results, Trilogy has recommended that you use it within 2 weeks. I used it continuously for a week and found it to be effective. My skin did gradually look brighter and firmer. It has a light fruity scent. I found that using 2-3 drops was sufficient.

The ingredients are:

Aqua (water), Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf juice, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Bellis perennis (daisy) flower extract, Sodium hyaluronate, Citrus nobilis (mandarin orange) peel oil, Rosa canina (rosehip) seed oil, Caprylyl/capryl glucoside, Phenethyl alcohol, Sodium chloride, Potassium chloride, Disodium phosphate, Potassium phosphate, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Parfum (fragrance), Benzyl alcohol**, Dehydroacetic acid**, citronellol*, geraniol*, hydroxycitronellal*, limonene*

*Components of natural essential oils

**Preserved with Dehydroacetic acid and Benzyl alcohol

99.2% of total ingredients are from natural origin.
